All you have to do it put on something to workout in and walk to your an open space in your house, building gym, rooftop, basment, or even your buildings community area. Your trainer will bring all the equipment needed for each workout, set work out routines and set goals for you.
What can I expect from a personal training session?

In Home Personal Training will work for everyone that makes the long term commitment to fitness and health, through our balanced approach to personal fitness training and a complete and healthy meal plan solution. Our fitness programs are designed to be effective for everyone, because they are tailored to meet your specific fitness and health goals. If you keep your appointments with your trainer, and make sure you are following the training guidliness, you will see results!!!
I just signed up for one of your one on one sessions, now what happens?
Once your payment is received, your Personal Trainer will be in touch with you via email within 24 hours providing you with detials on how to prepare for your assessment day, confirm your training date, and talk about a few detials.
What Happens After I book Max Fitness DKP?
Session One- ASSESSMENT DAY
Consultation- Once a client is booked and confirmed, Darryl will do a 15 minute consultation with you over the phone, email, or in person dicussing previous skills, fitness level as well as discuss injuries, goals and life and eating habits.
After your consultation, you will go through a series of fitness test to gage your current fitness levels. Darryl has to learn what you can do physically, how fast you learn, your coordination, and skill level on many spectrums.
After your fitness test, you will begin a series of foundation buiding drills that include building your foundation for kickboxing and learning how to stand for kickboxing and kicking drills. You will also be Push To The Max during the stage
After the foundation stage, you will go through a class ending streatch.
After the workout, Darryl will do a sit down to go over the results of the test, set the next class date and talk about how to start strong towards that fitness goal.
What if I am New at this?
Thats not a problem! Darryl has worked with many different types of people from beginner to professional , all ages and physical body types. Each workout is specially tailored to you.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No! If you do a package deal, you only commit to the amount of days the package consist of.
I always set fitness goals and never commit, Can you motivate me?
Yes!!!!! You will be pushed, tested, challenged and motivated during each session. Lack or loss of motivation is common amongst many. Many people around the world per year set goals to get in the best shape of their lives, mainly around new years. They head to the nearest gym excited and motivated. They are immediatly told they have to commit to a 6 month to one year membership up front. The cost usually range from $65 to $200 per month.
If you're not familiar with a gym and really dont know where to start. You want to add in personal training to get you going. Personal training usually range from $80 to $150 per session per hour. Very few can afford this.
Some people do know their way around the gym, but what they run into is life problems that stops them. "Their work load picks up, family situations take over, people going on vacations, bad weather gets in the way and more. The list could go on.

Can I track my nutrition or meal plans?
Absolutely you can with our Balanced and Healthy Meal Planning Solution. Choose your favorite foods from our 7000 food list or add your own and develop a healthy meal plan that is right for you.
How easy is it to schedule a workout session?
One of the most time saving features we provide is online booking. You can book one of our programs, pick your date, look at availble time slots, pay and thats it. Once this happen, Darryl will contact you ASAP to confirm, and you are off to becoming a better you!
Should I consult a physician before starting a fitness program?
You should always consult your physician before starting any fitness program, whether it's online or one on one. Safety in fitness training is always our number one focus at Max Fitness DKP. Make sure you provide your trainer with any previous injuries you may have had or other restrictions that your doctor has prescribed for you when your trainer arrives for your assessment day.
What if I do not like my fitness program?
If you signed up for a package deal for a one on one session with Darryl or another Personal Trainer and if you feel that Darryl did not deliver on helping you reach your fitness goals, then your training is on us. No questions asked. We guarantee our service with a full money back policy.
